I don’t want to write this review really but feel I have to , could someone let the receptionists know that people’s medical conditions are none of there business I asked for an appointment for a b12 injection and was asked when is it due ( the same day of phoning for the appointment actually) and I was making an appointment for after it was due , even if it wasn’t due I’ve been told by the nurses if I feel I need the injection before the due date I must come in , someone should remind them they are receptionists , they need to get off there high horses there not very pleasant to deal with if they don’t like there job that’s not the patients fault

Receptionists hopeless.A young one asks me what medication im on onstead of looking at my file on screen. I ring up days before to ask for blood forms they are nwver there ao i habe to go back to surgery again. They arw always hassling me to have blood tests at the surgery. You have to get there by 11am.I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and cant rush for that time. I can have blood tests at Colwyn Bay hospital up to 15.30.I rang Nhs Wales they tolde i can have test wherever i choose I had one test at Rhoslan with an old nurse the needle was stuck in my arm for ages. The doctors are great. .

Seriously the reception staff needed replacing or training the gossiping behind the door queue full of people .Phoning up for test results is a nightmare in itself .There is one receptionist you can hear three streets away she shouts down the phone I couldn’t stand her voice in previous surgery she needs replacing .Awful just awful no comments about medical staff but seriously the reception staff need replacing

Absolute shambles the only people who know what there doing are the practice nurses More Doctors needed preferably Doctors who are interested in there patients I dread having to go , it’s a horrible experience

I would like to thank Nurse Anne, I attended for my regular B 12 injection, she made me feel very relaxed and at ease she was very efficient and caring I felt like I was taking to a friend I think she is an asset to the surgery long may she be there
